All purchases made through Sassy Women are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for physical or digital products, except where required by law.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including Sassy Women Magazine digital editions, digital books, journals, downloads, and other digital content, are final sale. Once digital access has been delivered, the purchase cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All physical merchandise is final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production or fulfillment. Digital purchases cannot be canceled once access has been delivered.
